Warranty

  • Within the product warranty duration time, Automotive Parts Exchange will warranty to the original purchaser / vehicle, to replace in-kind any properly installed part sold by Automotive Parts Exchange which is found to have material or manufacturing defects.
  • All used parts is covered with 30 days warranty
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before any parts can be returned to Automotive Parts Exchange for warranty consideration.
  • Upon inspection, parts found to be under warranty will be replaced.
  • This warranty extends to the original purchaser / vehicle under normal use and services and does not apply to failures due to non-standard applications, racing, commercial applications, road salt, collisions/accidents, submersion, deliberate abuse, broken drive gears, broken aluminum drive end housings (nose), improper installation, careless handling, and tampering or disassembly of units.
  • To ensure proper installation, it is highly recommended that all APE products be installed by an ASE certified mechanic.
  • Our warranty is limited to the replacement of defective units only and does not cover labor, or any other expenses except, if in the unlikely event that a part fails within 30 days from the purchase date, Automotive Parts Exchange will pay the shipping cost to return the part for warranty consideration.
  • Automotive Parts Exchange’s liability for losses or damages from any cause whatsoever is limited to an in-kind replacement within the warranty period. Automotive Parts Exchange is not liable for any incidental damages, consequential damages, property damages, or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law.
