Return Policy

Automotive Parts Exchange products provide the best customer satisfaction return policy:

  • We are so confident about the Automotive Parts Exchange manufacturing standards, built-in premium quality, endurance testing, and the impressive, bright OE type finish on APE products that we are proud to offer our exclusive BUY RISK-FREE policy. Within 30 days from your purchase date, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and the item has not been installed or altered and is still in original condition, we will be happy to take it back, you just ship it back and we will issue you a full refund.
  • It is important that you verify the correct application and fitment information prior to ordering any product from Automotive Parts Exchange. Purchases made in error that have not been installed or altered and are in brand-new pristine condition may be returned freight prepaid (buyer pays shipping) within 60 days from the date of purchase and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM to AUTOMOTIVE PARTS EXCHANGE:

Please Note: Automotive Parts Exchange can only accept delivery of returns that have an RMA Number clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

ORDER IS 30 DAYS OLD OR LESS:
  • Before you do anything, please contact us via email messaging and request an RMA Number and return label. We will need your full name, address, phone number, invoice number, VIN number, and details about the return. An RMA number, return instructions, and a return label (we pay the return shipping) will be sent you via email messaging or by email to return the item to Automotive Parts Exchange. Upon Receipt and verification that the return is in brand-new original condition, we will issue a full refund. Please Note: a return label and full refund are not available for items returned that were ordered in error.

ORDER IS MORE THAN 30 DAYS OLD:

  • For warranty consideration, please contact us via email messaging and request an RMA number. We will need your full name, address, phone number, invoice number, VIN number, and details about the return. An RMA Number and return instructions will be sent to you via email messaging or by email to return the item (buyer pays return shipping) to Automotive Parts Exchange for warranty consideration. Units replaced under our warranty will be shipped to you at our expense.
  • Return Processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your return is received by Automotive Parts Exchange.
  • If a warranty replacement is required before processing can occur, a replacement unit can be purchased and shipped at once. When we receive the unit you returned, we will immediately issue a refund for the second purchase.
